Custom Presentation Materials Package
This package is a collection of our most popular marketing resources designed to explain the benefits of wealth counseling services and financial strategies to affluent clients. It includes customized sample tactical and comprehensive plans, slide shows, and other useful presentation tools.

Customizable Client Brochures
Members can customize a series of unique brochures to explain how they offer planning resources in conjunction with CPAs, lawyers, and other referral sources. The brochures inspire the client to reflect his or her passions in a statement of goals that are realized with a wide range of planning services and strategies.

Strategy Flyers
These one-page strategy summaries provide a concise and attractive overview of a financial strategy. You can buy these individually or submit a standing order to receive a Strategy Flyer each month to distribute to your referral sources as a means to continually keep in front of them. You can also opt to send each referral source an attractive binder designed to serve as a repository for the collection of strategies you send.

Soft Data Questionnaires
This professionally-developed "soft data" questionnaire helps guide the professional to ask approximately 50 probing questions about a client's values, vision, and dreams. Questionnaires are available in packages of 10.

Hard Data Fact-finders
The Fact-finder is a client-ready booklet that members can use when collecting financial, legal, insurance, and tax information from clients. Fact-finders are available in packages of 10.

Marketing Seminars and Meetings
Dave Holaday will conduct up to three client seminars or individual meetings with clients or referral sources in a day. We discuss topics such as how to help a client to articulate and clarify goals, generate income tax deductions, increase wealth transfers to heirs, provide retirement income, protect assets, support charitable causes, reduce estate tax, build a collaborative adviser team and implement an integrated plan.

vBlueprint Online Strategy Illustrator
Currently in Beta form, this web-based strategy illustrator is designed to generate basic illustrations of popular planning techniques. Outputs from this software can be used to introduce strategies to advisers and clients. Call for a temporary user name and password.

Allied Adviser Marketing Webinars
Dave Holaday will conduct periodic webinars designed to explain the benefits of membership for Channel Members who wish to enlist producers and Allied Advisers in their own channel.

Best Practices Workshop
This 6-hour program is a concentrated program covering some of the best practice management ideas in the business. Topics cover the entire spectrum of practice including marketing, conducting family retreats, spotting problems with clients' current plans, developing sophisticated strategies, building back office support, generating referrals, implementing plans, complying with legal guidelines, and training relationship managers. Members can attend in person or through teleconferences with web-supported graphics.

Best Tools Workshop.
This fast-paced, marketing-oriented program reviews approximately 20 cutting edge strategies. This is a one-day survey course. References are provided for individuals interested in obtaining more information about any of the strategies. Attendees receive a professionally-developed workbook with an outline for each strategy.

Technical Webinars
At least quarterly, we review hot topics involving planning strategies, product developments, tax laws, planning pitfalls, or practice management concepts.

Member Study Group
WDC desires to promote professional development and collegiality among highly-trained advisers. To foster this environment, we meet at least annually in a retreat setting. During this time, we share practice management tips, share technical ideas, and pool our wisdom in developing industry leading marketing, planning, and training resources.

Periodically we distribute updates including success stories, case histories, new capabilities, and ideas for how to make best use of Channel Member resources.

Opportunity Conversations
Dave Holaday and the WDC Staff will strategize with Members to determine the best course of action as new client development opportunities arise. This assistance is one of the most valuable services offered by WDC.

Tactical Plans
A Tactical Plan is a strategy illustration that focuses on just one or two strategies and demonstrates how the strategy can reduce taxes, increase income, or achieve other benefits. Another way to describe a Tactical Plan is a packaged sales idea. For a partial list of tactical plans in our library, click here. There are many strategies in our proprietary library.

Comprehensive Plans
A Family Wealth Blueprint® is a client report that illustrates the benefits of three or more strategies. It presents the results in pictures, charts, text, and numbers. The Comprehensive Plan takes into consideration the cumulative impact of all strategies with respect to income taxes, cash flow, charitable benefits, and wealth distribution. It is usually 50-120 pages in length.

Summary Blueprints
A Summary Blueprint contains all of the elements in a Family Wealth Blueprint® except the annual cash flows. All Blueprints typically show how integrating three or more planning instruments will affect balance sheet and estate distribution numbers.

Family Retreat and Wealth Statement
WDC staff share their experience and expertise in how to conduct family retreats and create client reports. WDC staff train and coach a Channel Member on how to help clients unite around a compelling purpose, appreciate new opportunities for realizing their purpose, and establish parameters for choosing planning instruments that will help fulfill the purpose.

Value Proposition Letter
This two-page letter summarizes the clients' current situation and compares it with potential results of a planning process. Advisers use the VPL to show a client how the benefits of planning are many times greater than the costs. The VPL provides an excellent way to motivate the client to proceed with a strategy feasibility study or comprehensive planning process.

Financial Check-up
This document examines how well the client is fulfilling his or her goals regarding investments, wealth transfer, income tax, asset allocation, business succession, retirement planning, etc. The report helps to demonstrate the need for planning by highlighting the difference between what a client wants to accomplish and what the client's current plan actually does. It is actually the first part of the Family Wealth Blueprint™ process but can be used as a stand-alone deliverable.

Allied Adviser's Financial Commitment

There is a $1,000 monthly minimum purchase and/or commission commitment. Two things count toward this commitment.

  1. Purchases of any marketing products, training programs and case planning services.
  2. Commission splits WDC receives pursuant to any case we work on with you.

More about commission splits

First, generating commissions is not a requirement for any case. However, it is typical that insurance would be one of several recommendations to a client with a large net worth. If WDC receives some portion of any commissions generated by your case, this commission will count toward your monthly Allied Adviser financial commitment.
